Do you ship Internationally?
We will ship anywhere that the USPS delivers. For International Shipping- Customers pay full price for shipping and any and all duty fees. Please CONTACT US if you are interested in placing an International Order.
Do you ship to APO's & NPO's?
Yes! We are a Military Family and have zero issues shipping to you. Please CONTACT US to place an order.
Why do some items say for decoration only?
Dragees, the shiny metallic balls, have been approved for consumption in every country aside from the U.S. Designer Lusters, Highlighter/Imperial Dusts, Techno Glitters & Star Dusts are non-toxic and are intended to be used to embellish decorative elements for Gum Paste and Fondant.
What is your Shipping Policy?
We will be using UPS GROUND Shipping effective 1/9/21 until the USPS Priority Mail is back to running efficiently (AK and HI will remain Priority Mail with USPS). Our $6 Flat Rate Fee remains unchanged. All orders are processed same day and shipped same/next Business Day. Orders placed M-F before 4pm ship same day. Orders placed Friday after 4pm-Sunday will ship on Monday. This is UPS'S Ground Shipping Schedule. An automated email with your Tracking Number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. If you do not receive this email- please CONTACT US.
How much is shipping?
We are offering a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $6.00 within the US- Hawaii included!
How do I track my order?
We process and ship orders the same/next Business Day using UPS Ground (USPS Priority for AK & HI). You will receive an automated email with your USPS Tracking Number to the email you provided at checkout. If you have not received an email, please CONTACT US and we can provide your Tracking Number. If your package seems to be taking longer than expected, please contact us ASAP.
