Do you ship Internationally?

We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

How do the Pre-Orders work?

On occasion we offer a Pre-Order for items that tend to sell out fast. Pre-Ordering allows customers to pay in advance to secure their items. All items in order will not ship until the Pre-Order items arrive to our shop. If in stock  items are needed asap, please checkout with those items separately as that will be a second shipping fee to box and ship those items immediately. Customers may add additional items prior to Pre-Order items shipping to include Holiday Drops. Simply choose Local Pickup for added on items and leave us a note at checkout that you have a pre-order to add them to. All items will be boxed together but add-ons will NOT show on your shipping email. But please rest assured that all items will be in your box.

When will items restock?

You can click on any out of stock product to sign up for a free email stock alert. Simply input your email and once stocked you will receive an auto email.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We offer discounted USPS & UPS shipping rates at checkout! We also offer a  $6 Flat Rate- we choose between USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority and UPS Ground and UPS Ground Saver.   All orders are processed and shipped same/next Business Day. Orders placed M-F before 4pm EST ship same day. Orders placed Friday after 4pm-Sunday will ship on Monday. An automated email with your Tracking Number will be sent to the email you provide during checkout. If you do not receive this email- please CONTACT US.

What is your return policy?

Sprinkles may NOT be returned (unless incorrect items were shipped by Berry Couture in which we will issue a refund or exchange immediately). If you notice your package and item(s) are damaged, please CONTACT US  immediately within 48 hours after Delivery Confirmation. We require photos of damaged package(s) and item(s). We will work with you to ensure an equal replacement(replacement will be of equal value if your damaged item(s) are not currently in stock) or a refund.

 

How do I track my order?

We process and ship orders the same/next Business Day. You will receive an automated email with your UPS/USPS Tracking Number to the email you provided at checkout. If you have not received an email, please CONTACT US and we can provide your Tracking Number. If your package seems to be taking longer than expected, please contact us ASAP.
